Work with JAV IT was mainly short term work revolving around the physical IT move around Leighton Contractors now CIMIC (including Broad, Ngarda and Visionstream). Usually we would start late on a Friday night and see the job through to Monday morning being the usual client delivery day.

My tasks inside JAV IT included:

• General administration/paperwork duties such as pre and post move asset checklists
• Removal of tagged/labelled items and managing end to end delivery methods with a 3rd party company
• Managing scope creep by asking pertinent questions about tasks
• Consultation with other staff in order to understand client daily tasks, demarcation and escalation points
• Working to strict deadlines, sometimes failure will result in offsite issues
